4. Recipients of personal data

4.1. The recipients of personal data to the specified paragraphs 3.3 , 3.4 may be:

        - law enforcement and financial investigation agencies,

4.2. 4.3. Business partners of the Service Center (in the status of an executor) ensure that the requirements for processing and protecting personal data are met in accordance with the requirements Of the Service Center and do not use personal data for other purposes, but only to fulfill the obligations of the agreement concluded with the Client on the instructions of the Service Center.

4.4. The Service Center undertakes not to transfer the personal data of the Client to the organization or to any other person located in a state that does not provide an adequate level of protection of personal data, except for the following cases:

4.4.2. The transfer is necessary to conclude and execute the contract. concluded in the interests of the Client.

4.4.4. Transfers are permitted in accordance with the requirements of applicable state security, anti-terrorism regulations that may enable law enforcement or supervisory agencies to have access to information held by individuals.

5. Recording Customer Data.

5.1. The Service Center has the right to record all operations that the Client performed using the means of communication with the Service Center (phones, Internet), in order to assess the quality of customer service, effectively and objectively resolve possible Customer complaints, as well as for the purposes provided for in clauses 3.3 , 3.4 of the rules policy
